We paid for a survey we did not need
We paid 450 euros for a full structural survey on a flat we did not buy, because the seller took another offer while we waited for the report. That was our own fault, we asked for the survey before we asked whether anyone else was looking.
Now we ask that question first, and we only order the survey after the price is agreed. Obvious in hindsight, expensive at the time.
